These lifts are ideal for providing vertical access between different floor levels without the need for extensive construction or the space required by traditional elevators. They are particularly beneficial in older buildings or spaces where retrofitting an elevator is not feasible.

Basic feature and advantage

Flexible size designing

The hydraulic wheelchair lift's platform size can be designed flexibly, which is different from traditional wheelchair lifts' design. While classic traditional lift designs must strictly match the capacity and platform size, hydraulic lift design is highly adaptable and smart; even a very small shaft can accommodate a functional wheelchair lift.

Small shaft designing

The hydraulic wheelchair lift can be tailored to fit into extremely tight spaces, such as narrow corridor corners or confined basement areas. Even when the installation space is as limited as 1000*1000mm or smaller, designing and installing the lift remains straightforward. This flexibility simplifies the civil work preparations for clients or project agents, making it easier to accommodate the lift within the given constraints.

Pitless installation

Hydraulic wheelchair lifts offer the advantage of needing minimal pit depth for installation. Sometimes, a civil pit as shallow as 150mm suffices, or no pit with a ramp is required at all. This flexibility facilitates easy installation and use, setting hydraulic lifts apart from traditional traction lifts that often need deeper pits.

Overhead room height lower can be lower than traction elevator's requested

If a customer wants to install a traction elevator, the top floor's overhead room height needs to be at least 4000mm or it requires an extra machine room. However, when you want to install a hydraulic lift, an overhead room height of only 2.5m will be enough, and there is no need for an extra machine room.

All control, signal, and power cables feature industrial-grade plug-and-play connectors for rapid, error-proof installation. This modular design reduces wiring complexity, accelerates setup, and enhances durability, meeting stringent IEC safety standards for industrial automation.

Finishes parts

Our hydraulic wheelchair lift platforms offer a range of manual options and finishes tailored to meet specific requirements. We provide three platform models: Model A features a guide rail platform with an enclosure height of approximately 1000mm, made of durable stainless steel board material. Model B is also a guide rail type, utilizing stainless steel with glass materials, making it beautiful and durable. Model C showcases a scissor type which doesn't require any vertical guide rails.

Safety system

Emergency stop system

We designed an emergency button for the hydraulic wheelchair lift, ensuring that in the event of any unexpected issues, users can swiftly press it to halt the lift's operation abruptly, safeguarding the lift's structure and the operator's safety.

Additionally, we incorporated platform safety sensors using infrared light curtains. If any item loaded on the platform falls out of the platform threshold, the lift will immediately stop, ensuring the safety of both the lift and personnel.

The lift doors can be secured using door safety sensor limit switches, door-touching locks, or electromagnetic locks, meaning the lift can only operate when all doors are securely closed. During normal operation, if any door is opened, the lift will stop immediately, guaranteeing the safety of both the hydraulic lift and its users.

Overload system

Tebo hydraulic lifts feature a crucial overload protection system. This safeguard is designed to detect when the lift load surpasses the standard capacity. As soon as this occurs, the lift promptly stops and emits a loud alarm. Resuming operation is only possible when the load is within the limit, protecting the equipment and preventing potential hazards.

Bottom safety touching board

The safety board can protect any people or obstacles that are blocked under the platform table. When any obstacle touches the bottom board, the lift will stop immediately.

Safety light curtain

When the lift is working and a person’s hand is extended outside the platform perimeter, the lift will stop automatically. This prevents the lift from hurting people due to unreasonable or improper usage of the equipment.
