This series products are named container loading ramp, they are mainly used in cargo table without handling facilities and moving handling place, and it is an auxiliary equipment of cargo handling used together with forklifts, and also its lifting height is adjustable according to the height of car compartment. With the assistance of container loading ramp, forklift can directly drive into the car compartment to carry out batch handling and greatly improving the efficiency and safety of loading &unloading cargo.

(1) Instruction:

1.Container load ramp is suit for material handling, warehouse, wharf, logistics center working place, loading and unloading cargo from container or truck.

2.The regular model of loading ramp is :width-2.08m,length-11m,adjustable height range-0.9m to1.8m,and it also can be designated and produced according to customer’s requirements

3.Manual power or electric power is for your choice.

(2)Features:

1. Safety design

The ramp has two iron blocks to stabilize the wheels in case of moving when working.

More strong structure for the guardrails.

2. Convenient design

The chain(linked to the container) can maintain the ramp stable when working. The special design of Junction make it easier

to be put on the side of container.

3. Two powers optional

Manual power: one person can operate to lift up the ramp easily by hydraulic pump handle.

Electric power: operated by motor pump station and control box.

4. Loading and Shipment

Note: one 40GP container can load 2 units.

5. Application

Forklift ramp is widely used in the wharf, the factory, warehouse and also according to the different needs of users in the physical dimension and load bearing.

Package:generally,we will give the scissor platform an international package with wood or plastic material, if you have special requirement please note us before package.

Deliverytime: the delivery time will according to the complexity of the products,usually, it will cost about 8~10working days after your deposit payment.

Shipment: we will take your own actually requirement giving you the best solution to the shipment, usually we will give you the FOB or CIF price, we can conversation the shipment details in our proforma invoice or contract and decide our last shipment style.

Production: after your deposit payment, we will produce the products as your parameters, and give the production process quality management control videos to you at the same time.

Payment: after the production finishes, we will confirm the products details and give the commissioning videos to you.

Atlast balance payment and shipment: After your balance payment is paid, we willpackage the equipment carefully. Deliver the goods to you according to ourterms in the contract signed.

After sales: we will give the installation instruction manual book and the using hand book to you,all the document and materials will be delivered with the goods in the package.If you meet some difficulties in the installation or in the commissioning in your work site, you can call us directly, we will give you the mostly help to your project.

If your item is a large project, we can consider sending our technician workers to your country to help you. Only need you to pay for the basic salary and the trip cost of our people.
