Car lift introduction

Introduction

Hydraulic guide rail car lift platform is used in car maintenance shop or car 4S shop or in the shaft of car parking basement, etc; it is popular in China and other countries. The products have 3 models: 4 post car lift, 2 post car lift, and scissor model car lift. This model posted above is 4 post model car lift.

Feature

1. It is simple to control and installation, the design is flexible according to customer’s requirement.

2. It is safe and high ratio to lift the car up and down.

3. It can be installed in or outside of the shaft.

Details

Rail: the rail is made of 320*170*170*5mm high strength steel board, through stamping process. Before stamping, the steel board is cutby high power laser cutting machine.

Cylinder: in our designing, we design the cylinder’s rated capacity power more than 20% of the whole equipment’s marked capacity, which can guarantee the stability and safety of the whole structure.

Transmission: the working principle of theequipment is through pump station drive the transmission system include chainand gear and safety rope, then take the platform board lift and down. So the heavy chain and steel rope are the key parts.

Pump station:

We use high performance pump station to driving the whole structure, including the equipment’s mechanical system and the cars. So the pump station is the core power of the whole equipment.

Safety warranty

Safety lock:

In the equipment, there is a safety lock installed, which can make the platform board safety and stable.

Safety steel rope: the whole equipment installed heavy chain and safety steel rope, even if the heavy chain is rapture, the safety steel rope still can take the capacity of the platform board and cars steady and smoothly.

Emergency stop button: if some emergency circumstance occurred, you can press the emergency button and let the equipment stop immediately to keep its safety.

Emergency decline: there is emergency decline manual handle installed at the edge of the board.

Package:generally,we will give the scissor platform an international package with wood or plastic material, if you have special requirement please note us before package.

Deliverytime: the delivery time will according to the complexity of the products,usually, it will cost about 8~10working days after your deposit payment.

Shipment: we will take your own actually requirement giving you the best solution to the shipment, usually we will give you the FOB or CIF price, we can conversation the shipment details in our proforma invoice or contract and decide our last shipment style.

Deposit: after youconfirm the quotation and specification and configuration to your item, we will sign the cooperation contract and approve it. We will make sure the paymentterm, then, you will make your deposit payment to us.

Production: after your deposit payment, we will produce the products as your parameters, and give the production process quality management control videos to you at the same time.

Payment: after the production finishes, we will confirm the products details and give the commissioning videos to you.

Atlast balance payment and shipment: After your balance payment is paid, we willpackage the equipment carefully. Deliver the goods to you according to ourterms in the contract signed.

After sales: we will give the installation instruction manual book and the using hand book to you,all the document and materials will be delivered with the goods in the package.If you meet some difficulties in the installation or in the commissioning in your work site, you can call us directly, we will give you the mostly help to your project.
