Why will you choose scissor lift platform?
Size:
when your space shaft size is only W2100*D2100*H2000mm, but you must need a lift, which the table size should at least W2000*D2000mm, on this situation, only the scissor lift can help you to meet the maximum size requirement.
Normally, when your space size W=a meters, and D=b meters, Tebo scissor lift platform table size can be designed to W*D=(a-100)mm*(b-100)mm, and this size can not be satisfied by any kind of guide rail cargo lift or elevator, that is to say, only scissor lift table can help you to suitable to this so limited space and loading capacity.
Capacity：
Tebo scissor lift capacity can be designed from 1.0 Ton to 100 Ton, it is easily to meet the ordinarily industrial factories or warehouse's basic every day work.
Controlling：
Normally, Tebo scissor lifts' controlling is designed from DC switches or controllers to the AC power unit, finally the AC power unit will give motor power to the hydraulic pump system, at last, the whole hydraulic pump system will directly give power to the scissor structures, the piston, scissor rods, to satisfy the scissor table's lifting up and down.
Designing:
Before designing the scissor structure and all power system, Tebo's designer will simulate every modular on computer with CAD and 3 D MAX soft ware, after simulate the whole scissor lifts parts well, the designer will test and calculate the steel materials with the suitable modular and electric spare parts, Tebo's team will choose the best controller handles for customers refer to customers real requirement and work site's real situation.
Installation: Because after the scissor lift's folding well, it have their net self height, normally the self height is the top deck's thickness + scissor structure's height and the bottom frame's thickness, so when install the scissor lift, it need a pit, and the pit's depth size is just same to the scissor lift's net height.
And the scissor lifts installation is simple, at the structure , Tebo lift's designing and manufacture team have already left enough space and holes for the work site, and Tebo will give pit civil work drawing in CAD format before your work site's construction, after the scissor lifts are put into the pit, and testing well up and down in full loading condition, bolt the bottom structure to the bottom of the pit is enough, if the scissor lift's net structure too heavy, such as more than 3 Ton, we will suggest the customer to make embedding iron before construct the concrete pit according to our designing to the scissor lift structure, our team will give the pit's and embedding iron's construction method and solution at any time before lift's delivery, at that situation, the structures need small welding and screw bolts to the pit ground at the bottom side, it will stronger and steady when burden the heavy freights' at it's heaviest capacity.
Manufacture:
After designing well of the scissor lift table, Tebo's team will start the production at the fastest speed, normally we will finish goods main structure in 7~8 working days at the fastest working speed, after structure and power box's production finishing, Tebo's working will start testing and commissioning to the scissor lifts, before ex-work, all of the products will be tested at least 20~30 times with the condition of empty loading ,full loading and overload loading.
Safety guarantee: the total system has 4 safety assurance
1 Anti-explosion valve: when the hydraulic oil pipe tube are cut down by obstacles or the oil pipe hose broken, if without the anti-explosion valve the scissor structure will drop freely, because of the anti-explosion valve's function, when the pressure become larger suddenly in the oil which is going across the anti-explosion valve, the valve will closed immediately, and the lift tables will stop at the same time, to keep people and structures and other property's safe.
2. Emergency stop and decline: if the equipment’s control system failure and out of control, press the emergency mushroom button can make the equipment stop immediately. Once power off when operation, openingthe emergency decline switch can make the lift platform decline slowly.
3. Door safety sensor: if the doors are not closed well, the door will not touch the sensor switches, and the switches cannot give signal to the main power control unit, so the lift cannot be operated up and down;
4. Overload protection: we design the overloaded sensor switches to the lift, such as, we deisgn the lift's maximum capacity 5 Ton, when overloaded, the sensor will give signal to the PLC unit in the main power box, and the motor will be power off, the lift cannot be operated up and down at that time;
