The settings of tebo hydraulic scissor lift platform before using

Tebo hydraulic lift platform settings before operation:

Firstly, the oil route, electric parts, and steel structures. You should make sure that the oil route and the connection of the electric parts are all connected well, no lose, then you can start the general power switch.

The start orders are as follows:

1. If the hydraulic system are mobile scissor lift, you should open the support legs first, if the working lifting height more than 15 meters, the safety cable should be connected.

2. Make sure that the ground should keep level, if there is a degree about the ground its dangerous for the lift platform;

3.Check the structure, if there is some object block the structure or the table's lifting up and down, check the tires and the scissor support bar if there is some damages occurs to the structure;

4.Check the electric parts unit,  ensure that there is no connecting wire off the corresponding parts, then close the air switch.

5. Before start the operation switch, don't press it and leave the working site, you should operate it for several minutes and see the condition is working well, then leave the work site.

Warning:  when operate the hydraulic lift platform system, some professional workers should in the platform work site, if some emergency condition occur, press the emergency stop button first, and then check  the faults.

Forbid directly cut down the general power when any emergency circumstance occurs.
